From the factory the 4D56 makes 100 kW (136 HP) and 314 Nm of torque. It is a 2.5 liter (2,477 cc) inline 4, SOHC, 8 valve engine with a turbocharger.

Turbo engines like this one give strong pull low in the revs. To get the full figure, the turbo, the intercooler and the boost pipes must be healthy and tight.
