Which years were BMW N57 engines made?

BMW built the N57 engines we list from about 2010 to 2018. The N57D30A ran from 2010 to 2017. The N57D30B ran from 2011 to 2018. The N57D30S ran from 2012 to 2018.

They went into chassis F10, F11, F30, F31, F25, F15, F01, F32 and F16. The exact year of a car matters, because BMW sometimes changed the engine version or its parts in the middle of a model's life.
