What is the Volkswagen EA888 Gen4 engine?

The Volkswagen EA888 Gen4 is a 2.0 liter (1,984 cc) petrol engine with an inline 4, DOHC, 16 valve layout with a turbocharger. It makes 245 kW (333 HP) and 420 Nm of torque, and was built from about 2019 to 2026.
