What is the Toyota 2KD-FTV engine?

The Toyota 2KD-FTV is a 2.5 liter (2,494 cc) diesel engine with an inline 4, DOHC, 16 valve layout with a turbocharger. It makes 75 kW (102 HP) and 260 Nm of torque, and was built from about 2005 to 2015.
