What is the Toyota 1GR-FE engine?

The Toyota 1GR-FE is a 4.0 liter (3,956 cc) petrol engine with a v6, DOHC, 24 valve layout with no turbo (naturally aspirated). It makes 175 kW (236 HP) and 377 Nm of torque, and was built from about 2002 to 2023.

It was used in the Toyota Prado GRJ150 (2009 to 2023), Toyota FJ Cruiser (2006 to 2014) and Toyota Tacoma (2005 to 2015). What we list: Toyota 1GR-FE 4.0 V6 engines for Prado, Tacoma, FJ Cruiser and 4Runner.
