What is the Mazda 13B-REW engine?

The Mazda 13B-REW is a 1.3 liter (1,308 cc) petrol engine with a twin rotor layout with twin turbochargers. It makes 206 kW (280 HP) and 314 Nm of torque, and was built from about 1992 to 2002.
