The S54 BMW complete conversion kit includes: BMW E30 engine mounts for a S54B32; Bellhousing adapter, clutch and flywheel; Custom engine loom and sensor patch; Cooling hoses, intercooler pipes and downpipe; Power-steering and fuel-line kit; Step-by-step fitting guide.

It is made for the BMW E30, BMW E36 and BMW E46 (1987–2006), and replaces the M20, M50 and M52. Gearbox set-ups we support are the ZF GS6-37 and Getrag 250.

This kit costs about 2.620 € to 3.630 €, depending on the exact listing. The engine is not included, so you can use your own S54B32 or buy one from our yard.
