From the factory the 1HD-FTE makes 151 kW (204 HP) and 430 Nm of torque. It is a 4.2 liter (4,164 cc) inline 6, SOHC, 12 valve engine with a turbocharger.

Turbo engines like this one give strong pull low in the revs. To get the full figure, the turbo, the intercooler and the boost pipes must be healthy and tight.

A used engine reaches its factory power with the matching engine computer and correct servicing. Change the oil, the filters and the plugs or the glow plugs before the first start.
