Can I put a 4M41 / 4D56 engine in my Pajero?

Yes. We sell conversion kits that fit the 4M41 / 4D56 into the Pajero. The kit replaces the 4-speed auto and 5-speed, and works with the V5A51 and Aisin manual.

You can buy the full package with an engine, or only the parts you need: gearbox conversion, transfer case adapter, clutch and flywheel and propshaft.

A swap like this needs a skilled workshop. Mounts, the adapter, the wiring and the engine computer, the cooling and the exhaust all have to work together. Check your local road rules for engine swaps before you start.
